Just got into the gym about 4 months ago and I only hit glutes and back. It’s all I had time for in a week and now that I’m seeing progress, I want to start getting into arms and calves and abs. Any workout recs? How do you fit all of that into a week and

honestly for me upper/lower split helped me see a lot of progress since i hit muscle groups twice a week
