Hit WEIGHTED core frequently, don't listen to anyone telling you that you don't need to hit core, and lock in on diet

1. Low body fat %
2. Wide upper body (lats and delts are most important for this)
3. Wide lower body (quads and adductors are most important for this)
That’s literally all there is to it
