What workouts should I prioritize for a 6 pack in both the gym and at the dorm room

One that targets everything, one that targets lower abs, and one that targets the obliques. Abs are built more in the kitchen than the gym tho. A lower body fat % gets you abs.

Abs are the same as any muscle. Choose an exercise that can be progressed through weight over time and one you enjoy. Train them 2-3x per a week depending on how you recover. Eat 0.8g of protein per lb of bw. You only need one exercise which can either be a cable crunch, weighted or machine variation. Eat in a deficit if you want to have them be visible.

Eat in a slight caloric deficit and apply what I said in my previous comment then instead

If you’re underweight then gaining a bit of weight and doing ab training Cbtm mb
