hii im not a gym person but i have a silly question for yall. for fat animals they use these so that exercise is less strenuous on their joints. would the same thing work for fat humans? like would the workout still be beneficial? i’ve always wondered lol

I always join the water aerobics sesh cause they take up the whole pool and it’s honestly a good burn

i hate gyms but i would try that tbh, i love a pool
