If ur a woman, deep core exercises benefit us more. Look on tiktok/ YouTube/ instagram for good exercises

Russian twists, bicycles, plank, leg lifts, etc

my two favs are crunches (like half situps, easy to add weight) and dragon flags (leg lifts except alll the way up vertically, lowback comes off ground). at gym id also do decline situps since they give the best stretch ever
