Can any gym girlies give me advice on hair washing routines?? I used to be able to solidly go 5 days without washing and my hair would be completely fine. ( a rinse + conditioner mixed in there but no shampoo) but not it’s greasy after one or two days

Just wash your hair more often than 5 days. When you sweat you release more oils. So instead of every 5 days do like every 3 days

Coordinate wash days to the days u sweat the most

It’s helpful to bring a blow dryer to the gym and dry your hair after it gets sweaty at the gym BEFORE it dries with the sweat

clarifying shampoo once a week or more often as needed!!!
