This may be stupid but can someone explain body recomp to me? Every explanation seems so vague and complicated but I feel like it probably is not that hard to understand?? Idkk help😭
Eating in a caloric deficit while eating high protein and still lifting the volume you would regularly. This would lead to loss of fat and gain of muscle preferably
