Questionnnn, I lost ten pounds in 2 weeks, should I be worried? Is it just coming off quickly because of the water weight? (I eat two real meals a day btw) I’m also over 200 pounds

the recommended rate is 1-2lbs per week, but it is situational to every individual. however, 10lbs in two weeks is quite rapid. are you in a calorie deficit? do you eat protein and fiber rich foods? how much do you exercise? in order to lose and keep weight off, it is important to fuel your body enough so it doesn’t slow your metabolism and you don’t lose muscle instead of fat.

I’d guess it’s water weight, once you start moving regularly and fueling your body properly water weight responds hella quick

I’ve just eaten like a sandwich and pretzels for an example as one of the meals😭 and I usually walk on incline for an hour then lift a tad bit of weights
