Idk, i never understood the whole lighting thing…if ur truly ripped, u will look ripped no matter the lighting lol. Lighting just feels misleading because all the extra shadows and stuff can make someone’s body look different, regardless if it’s for the better or the worse

Well it’s true if you’re really ripped you don’t need anything special but having a place with good consistent lighting can help you pick out details and track what areas of your body you’re seeing change or not
