There are many ways to get protein without meat! It’ll be harder if you’re relying on dining halls, but Greek yogurt, beans, lentils, chick peas, etc are all good sources of protein. I supplement with protein powder/shakes too. I think a lot of gym people have orthorexia, but remember you don’t have eat that way constantly and shouldn’t! I try to follow the 80/20 rule

You don’t let food noise affect the way you eat. All i think about is food but i don’t let that like change how locked in i am. Self control discipline and belief in yourself

watermelon bowls, mostly water but still hella good and filling, or get an ice/snow maker and flavoring, just what I do when I want to keep eating but not gaining many cals
