I used to binge eat whenever I was bored. I picked up a hobby and it’s been like three weeks of doing it daily. It’s weird how 30 minutes of my day saved me from bingeing. But happy to a new beginning I can’t wait to be stronger and healthier

I think I lose like 3 pounds which doesn’t sound like a lot but I want to lose 5 more because that would be just perfect

I actually stopped eating maybe almost an EXTRA 1000 grams of sodium, i stopped eating a lot of carbs[not cut out completely but to 3 times a week compared to 5-6 times a day], saved around 2000 of calories DAILY from snacks that never made me feel full I also stopped eating when I was full, I felt guilty and took me a long time to realize that it’s doing more harm finishing a plate when I am full
