
I actually stopped eating maybe almost an EXTRA 1000 grams of sodium, i stopped eating a lot of carbs[not cut out completely but to 3 times a week compared to 5-6 times a day], saved around 2000 of calories DAILY from snacks that never made me feel full I also stopped eating when I was full, I felt guilty and took me a long time to realize that it’s doing more harm finishing a plate when I am full
