Has anyone been successful losing weight without counting calories? It has been possible up to this point but the lighter I am I’m sure the harder it will be.

Yes I don’t count calories except for roughly if it’s a dense food. I lost 10 pounds because I stop eating when I’m 80% full. Just barely full enough where I won’t feel bloated, tired, or weighed down. I’m 5’10” female, went from 150-145 to 134-130

People track to make sure they’re hitting macros while staying in a deficit. While it works without tracking, there’s a good chance that you may be lacking in some important things, ie fiber among others. While you have all that excess energy (fat), it’s okay to not count, but once you progress further, it’s important to count macros to make sure you are eating the healthy and recommended amount of nutrients during your cut.

Just eat mostly protein when your hungry nothing more nothing less mix in a couple carbs and you’ll be fine. Avoid snacking between meals. Maybe skip breakfast 🤘

If I didn’t track everything I ate I’d probably consume 3k cals a day.

I agree, enough fiber for digestion and ratio of fats/carbs/protein for your gender/weight helps along with your stress levels and sleep plus vitamins to make sure everything you’re putting in your body is being used in the right way.
