Bench also uses ur triceps so doing triceps on a diff day make sures when ur doing ur tricep movements they are all fresh and ready and not fatigued from bench.

Thatโs what most ppl do but u work ur triceps during chest and bi during back, flipping them allows ur arms to get 6x a week instead of 3.
