Infuriates me that there’s no good estimate of the cals/macros of 10 buffalo wings. Estimates literally vary from 600-1600 cals. I get it varies on the size and whatever but I just want an answer 😭😭

Tbh I normally just estimate it on the middle-high range and hope that it’ll balance with what I do or don’t eat later. Then I pat myself on the back because buffalo wings are good protein and I have a protein goal of 150-170g
