
Whey Protein paired with slower digesting protein (casein protein powder, beef, chickenc fish, soy) and fat. Quality peanut butter is a great source of healthy fat, electrolytes, and slower-digesting plant protien. Make sure to pick a protein powder with good purity/safety documentation- lead contamination is real and on the rise, sadly. Plant powders are often contaminated, I got a bad batch in 2024 that caused some nasty issues. I'm ok now, but I learned a valuable lesson.
