Any pro tips on ab workout to lose love handles ?

Spot reducing fat does not exist. Just lose more body fat. I would advise taking your time with this process - the more muscle you can retain the more apparent and defined your abs and other muscles will become. For most people, this area is one of the first places fat begins to deposit and thus the last place fat leaves, mainly because of hormones. eat good (at maintenance or less), high protein, workout hard - you can emphasize abs a little extra, sleep, and get your steps in.

Choose either a crunch machine, cable crunch, or decline weighted crunch. 2-3 sets 6-10 reps 2x a week. Walk more and eat less. Eat 0.8-1g of protein per lb of bw

it’s more of a mental sweat, counting your calories you intake compared to the calories you burn.

These are good exercises, but doing all the other things are way more important for GETTING abs! Good advice.

Diet, training, sleep, activity levels, and recovery all play important roles in developing a remarkable physique. However, if you are not consistent, no amount of advice given can replace discipline.
