I wouldn’t get under 15lb the difference in calorie burn is really small with the light vests

I have a 20 lb vest, the difference is small at first but ramping it up properly makes it explonentially more effective

well 20 is over 15 😂 I said I don’t think anything under 15 is worth the buy I have a 10lb, it’s too light I barely feel the difference in resistance
