How do you guys balance the gym and being a full-time student, and working a job? I need tips. It feels impossible to add it into my schedule, but I need it to happen? Suggestions?

Set priorities. Something school work takes priority over gym but if you're good on the diet then keep going

I switched to upper lower and had to start going either early morning, between my blocks in class schedule, or just lifting late st night

I use a meal delivery service sometimes, which is undeniably a luxury. I use every coupon I can find or sign up with different services or use another email to offset the cost a little. And sometimes I'll get extra since it's a lower price per meal and freeze the leftovers. Those 30 minutes a day I would've spent cooking is worth the price for some more sleep!
