Guys I need good ab routines (im a girl btw) and im not trying to get abs like asap just i want to tone my stomach more and the work towards getting abs after losing more weight PLEASE HELP

Cable ab crunch, or a machine crunch. 2-3 sets, 2-3 times a week. Choose a heavy weight that will get you close to, or to failure within 5-10 reps. Don’t let your hip flexors take over the movement. Your abs don’t make you bend at the hips, they make you bend at the spine

Toning isn’t a thing. Do a nice ab routine, cable crunches, machine crunch, and then maybe a leg raise variation and be in a calorie deficit to get a lower bodyfat %

abs r made in the kitchen or in our case the dinning high go in a calorie deficit with high protein and u will build muscle while losing fat at the same time its called body recomp

When I say toning I mean like reshaping my stomach and loosing body fat which in a way is toning..... im already in a calorie deficit and currently lowering body fat.
