Has anyone lost weight while eating intuitively? I’m sick of tracking & I need tips 🤕

if tracking isn’t working then intuitive eating likely won’t either. if eating healthy is too tiring that makes it seem like you’re intuitive eating is going to be unhealthy, so no it likely won’t work.

That’s what I’m trying tbh, also just grabbing more fruit & vegetables instead of processed snacks

unless you’re just tracking wrong. you shouldn’t just be looking up meal plans you have no desire in eating, you should be eating what you want with the right portions and/or healthier alternatives. use tracking to see how much of something you should be eating, and what you should add/subtract from your current diet. if you’re just giving yourself a completely new diet purely for macros then of course it’s going to be tiring.

It’s not the tracking itself, it’s more the obsession with hitting specific macros down to the gram. I want to be able to maintain a good body without constantly counting numbers

Eating healthy isn’t the problem, I rarely craved processed foods, I just don’t want to continue counting every macro and calorie

Ive been doing that for a couple years now, but even that has gotten a bit obsessive for me
