Absolutely W physique but i’d recommend training your neck muscles as it’ll make your physique look a lot better

Definitely energy deficit as well as some sleep issues, honestly it’s not bad tho. Worth it. I haven’t been this lean almost ever but I plan to be year round

I take lots of supplements tbh, not sure if they actually do anything but dm me and I’ll give you the list. It really doesn’t take long depending on what you’re starting with, I tend to get around 160-220 grams of protein daily
