you’ll get there soon girl don’t worry. on the calves, use heavier plates when you’re doing the calf raises

I’m a guy and I train calves 2x a week, 3 sets of 6-10 on smith machine with plates to elevate my feet. Right now I’m coming out of a deficit so hopefully they start growing

i do 3x15 standing calf raises,3x15 sitting calf raises, 3x12 on the calf extension machine
