Is this a good upper body workout?: chest press, chest flys, pull ups, rows, bicep curls, tricep push downs, and tricep overhead extensions. Should I replace one of drop one?

Add something for shoulders. I personally like doing forearms and traps but that’s not necessary

Chest press and chest fly is redundant, pushdowns and overhead extensions are redundant, otherwise it's fine

So should I just do one chest exercise and one tricep exercise? I’ve thought about doing dips

You can work the entire chest and triceps with one dedicated chest exercise and one dedicated triceps exercise
