
Hot take here but maybe incorporate a “carnivore day” into your already existing diet. I eat a balanced diet 90% of the time but every so often I take a day to eat nothing but meat. Super satiating, high in protein so it supports my gym goals, and very difficult to go over on calories.
Also, if you feel like you’re really close to giving up on your diet one day, just eat at maintenance instead of in a deficit and see how you feel. That way you’re not ruining your progress. You’re just not actively losing any more weight for that day. I’ve lost 13 pounds in the last month and a half with these two tips. Also, just make sure you’re getting more than enough protein on a daily basis to help keep you satisfied. 1 g of protein per pound of ideal body weight at minimum.
