Was thinking of starting a tiktok series like “doing a pull up every day until *gym brand* notices/sponsors me” And adding 1 pull up as the days increase….. even if no one watches, my back would still be shredded right?

Nah just go follow a normal training regimen and eat right. The training will be not enough for a while but eventually it’ll be too much volume. Plus odds of you getting sponsored by a gym brand with no following probably isn’t gonna get much attention

the whole point of the series is to get followers + get in shape while growing so you get sponsored, this is how so many people do it

Yeah but it’s a flooded market and they asked if this was a good way to get a shredded back. I agree with first guy
