Muscle does not weigh more than fat. 1 pound of fat is the same as 1 pound of muscle. Muscle is MORE DENSE that’s why you can be lean and weigh the same as a fat person. DENSITY

1 pound of muscle is the same weight as 1 pound of fat. The volume and size will be different because they have different densities

y’all are arguing over something that doesn’t even matter but literally saying the same thing, this is almost as bad as politics, saying the amount of something that’s not distinct separate items is kind of vague but in general people think of volume instead weight even though both are technically correct
