I never said no to someone, but boy do I hate when they ask. Especially if it's a group of 2-3 of already working together and your set up is taking like 3+ minutes per set, atp just wait your turn brother

I think it depends on what your doing. If I’m doing a drop set on leg extensions and someone asks while seeing I’m doing a drop set it irks me the wrong way. Same goes for myo reps or myo rep match. If it’s just straight sets then their isn’t an issue imo

Dawg it ain’t my fault if you come during peak hours, im not doing this back and forth bullshit where we change weights by 40 pounds at a time and you change the angle of the bench by 30 degrees. Fuck out of here

What I’m getting at is when you’re on your three or four minute rest between sets. Not on a barbell obviously but a machine where switching the weight back takes a mere second. It’s basic gym etiquette and I can’t see how some people don’t know that by now

Guess you didn’t see the comment where I very clearly state that barbells are the exception to this rule, huh

Why the fuck would I take the time to scroll through every comment you make? And you know you can change angles and weights on stuff like chest press too, right? Dumb fucking comment
