progressive over load! aim for 8-12 reps and try to build off that each session by adding weight or doing more reps. eat a good amount of protein! i’m losing fat so protein has been helping me maintain/grow my muscle. hip thrusts and bulgarian split squats are my fav exercises for lower body!
