Think of the compliments you’ll get when you get a six pack. Abs are without a doubt the most aesthetic muscle group and it’s super noticeable if they’re lagging behind the rest of your body.

Learn proper ab training. No bullshit ab circuits. Train them like you’d train any other muscle, like weighted crunches
