Okay idk where else to go, I’m a F 5’4 154lbs I want to get toned, loose stomach fat but build lower body! I’m in college tho and the food around here is Asss I’m telling u, idk how to hit my protein goal or what to eat or what workouts to do please help!

Any tips would help I try to go to the gym at 6am however I get dizzy when lifting specially without eating nothing and the student dinning is not open until 8am can yall help a girl out😔😔

Eat less calories than you burn to lose fat. Eat whatever protein you want and lift heavy weights with the muscles you want to get bigger. There's really not that much else you can do

I suggest being in a calorie deficit, and I know how the food ratio to protein is sometimes not the best. I would sacrifice protein goals.

Best you can do is use an online calculator to estimate your maintenance calories based on your weight and activity level. But even if you get the estimation wrong, after a couple of weeks if your weight hasn't changed at all you can just lower your calories
