I am a girl and this guy who the gym manager loves bought me a drink today. This occurred right after the guy learned my name. It was such a kind jester but next time I will have to decline. I am on a bulk but a shake still doesn’t fit. What do I say?

Do you need to drink it in the moment? You could always just take it home or just say it doesn’t fit in your calories, he’d for sure understand if he goes to the gym often

But can the gym ban for for denying a shake from an another person. Like I am really lean and I am scared that they will take it as I am disordered. But my mom also told me not the lead him on

That’s sort of what I did today. But also I had to rush through my Abs to get it cause it takes like 5 mins to make. Also he is like a 300 lb man while I am 90lb

no? next time he offers just say you can’t have a shake because the macros don’t fit your calories for the day
