no you either have bad grip strength or muscle imbalance

If it’s a new exercise then yeah, gotta build the neural pathways to use the correct muscles and stabilizers. Give it a few months and stay consistent

I’ve benched 315 on a barbell but my first dumbbell bench (hadn’t trained it in 2+ years) was extremely shaky
