sure the act of lifting weights ain’t hard but actually sculpting your body is hard asf i’ve played almost every sport out there soccer football lacrosse wrestling basketball baseball and volleyball let alone racing sports i wouldent say one is easier then the other but progress is seen faster in sports off the bat
Chilling in an air conditioned gym doing short sets of easy movements vs spending 3 hours pushing your lungs, heart, and every muscle in your body to the limit doing complex, extremely technical motions 🤔 (obviously lifting requires physical exertion I’m just saying doing your sets is simple and easy asf, even compound lifts)
3 hours is crazy ur wasting ur fucking time lol . I’m just saying I’ve been hypoxic from swimming but I’ve never blacked out . I got a section time in 50 100 and 200 free in the best section in the country and I didn’t even kick during freestyle , I’m not just talking out my ass here lol . I wasn’t a freak or anything , probably 3rd or 4th on my team but I feel like everybody just wants to say their sport is the hardest
I’d argue starving and eating until you can’t move are pretty difficult. This post was more about the professional/semi professional body building, not your average lifter. Having to dial in diet and go to the gym on 1000 calories is fucking impossible. Having to eat 4000 calories before the gym, throw up during a workout, and keep going? Pretty not fun.
