I need to meal prep for the week. Any suggestions? Requirements: Max protein, no cheese(not lactose I just don’t do cheese), no rice or full bread (rice and bread is cocaine to me if I eat I can’t stop so I avoid them entirely).

i like making frozen yogurt bowls for the evening: 1 cup plain greek yogurt, 2oz cashew butter (or any other nut butter you like), 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder, and 1 tbsp any maple syrup. i mix the protein powder with a splash of water first, then mix everything else

A few weeks ago I did chicken breast, roasted sweet potato, and zero sugar baked beans and it worked pretty well

my recent hyper fixations have been oatmeal and chia seeds in the morning. for lunch i do like nacho dip scramble. i use tofu and beans with hot sauce and lettuce but you could do any type of meat you want fr. i either eat it with chips or put it in a wrap
