How did you first create a gym routine? I’m trying to get into weight lifting, but don’t know where to even start

Same with #1 but do stuff you enjoy first and gradually try new things, find a few staples you enjoy and be consistent with them

Do some research on tik tok/yt find a split that works best for you, and then look up exercises for each muscle group. What I did, my workout is drastically different however from when I first started lot of it is just trial and error figuring out what works best for you. Just start going and you will figure it out. You got it!
