So? Does it make you any less? Not a bit. It is unlikely he has the same discipline as you’ve had to get to the point at which you are at. Either way, you gain nothing by comparing yourself to a guy. Be proud of your own accomplishment twin

Shit is upsetting. Just remember we have better immune systems, more stamina and just different strengths and weaknesses.

don’t compare yourself to gym bros, compare yourself to the ones sitting on the couch. the average man can only bench press 100 pounds.

Yk you should be proud that ur moving the same weight as a man. Not to be sexist but think ab how men are typically so much bigger and the potential those men could have compared to how they are now. Like technically ur bigger than them bc ur the same. At least that’s how i think ab it.

Quick Google search and Laboratory research generally shows that men have a much higher pain threshold and tolerance than women🍻 cheers

I did not say threshold, I said we handle more pain. Have you ever seen a man try a period cramp simulator? They can barely get past the first couple levels most of the time 😭 and that’s mild

FYI: The idea that “women can handle pain” is actually not a good thing to spread around. This is the same exact reasoning that doctors use when they tell women that they shouldn’t worry about pain because “you can handle it.” It’s not true that women “feel less pain” than men. Please stop acting like that

I get that, but as a guy, your body fat distribution is something I’m jealous of. You girls get to have awesome butts and hips even when you gain weight because of how fat distribution works for you. Meanwhile, men have it all go to their stomach. And I know this next one is subjective and not objective, but the female body looks so much better AND your workout clothes shows off more skin, is tighter, and looks prettier. I’m jealous. Girls who work out lots look cute, but men look monsters
