i wanna cut bc i’m tired of seeing a layer of fat over my muscles. My activity level is pretty high, i rave on weekends so im always getting extra cardio in. i’m 5’3 about 145 and have a decent amount of muscle. Tdee says i should be eating 1,450

I’m also 5’3 and I weigh 135 lbs. I usually start to lose weight around 1600-1800 calories when I run multiple times a week, and I also lift 3-4 times a week. I don’t tend to notice a loss in progress as long as my protein intake stays the same, hope this helps!

not sure if that will hault my progress as i still try and weight train 2/3 times a week (student & i work💔)

If you feel comfortable eating lower, then you can eat below 1,600 calories
