Honestly I can’t really cause I’ve always had good thigh/calf. So I just feel like the little workout I’m doing is making them look better

Not to be rude but being overweight makes your calf muscles a lot bigger because they’re constantly having to work harder. They’re considered the densest muscle in the body so it’s pretty hard to get bulk on them. Hard to replicate outside of high reps/activation consistently, or again just being overweight.

Right. Which is why I said I can’t share a workout 😭😭 genetics and weight plays a part cause my dad has insane thighs/caf definition. This was just me feeling like starting to workout has made them look more defined
