Kinda wanna post my gym progress on here cause no one knows my face and im hella insecure about my body How do yall stick to a schedule? It’s so hard for me to keep any momentum going

Create a daily routine for yourself that you know you can stick to, most of your diet should be nutrient dense foods, with the rest being small “treats” to prevent crashing. Do not constantly change exercises because of what people on instagram say. Stick to a few exercises and allow yourself to grow with them for a few months minimum. If your reason for exercise is validation that motivation will crumble easily.
