can someone give me some tips on how to lose fat naturally and relatively quickly? i’ve started a calorie deficit but in terms of workouts im not really sure what to do. thank you!
There is no perfect form of cardio either, find one that works for you that you can do consistently and somewhat enjoy

treadmill on an incline is awesome! i would stick with more low impact slower cardio while you’re getting started. a lot of people just decide they need to run and blow their load quick so to speak and hate it so they don’t keep up with it

but yes walking, incline walking, stairmaster, biking, jump rope are all awesome just find one that you feel comfortable doing and could do consistently

absolutely! i recommend on your different workout days trying a different one until you find something you like. on my chiller days i like to just walk on the treadmill and scroll or watch youtube or something makes the time go by
