Any tips on how to run long distances?? I run a mile in 11 mins and it’s still a struggle 😭 I used to run a mile every day for a summer and it never improved and barely got easier. I’m not even trying to be a good runner but a 5k would be fun one day

Honestly early on, you might have to go crazy slow. Whatever pace you can keep while still being able to have a conversation. And it can be easier to run for time instead of mileage. Maybe start with 10 mins and run whatever pace is comfortable for that time, then in a couple days go to 11-12, and slowly push it from there. The first few weeks are honestly the hardest
