All of these are good but I also would add some curtsy lunges only bc you’re focusing a lot on your major glute muscles and focusing on all three is better than just two. I personally hate kickbacks but I also say this a Bulgarian split squat lover and also do some hip mobility exercises before so you can be warmed up and don’t hurt your hips bc these exercises can cause them to lock up sometimes

I would also hit your quads. Muscle imbalances are not easy to come back from. For my glutes, I also do bulgarian split squats, plus do the abductors, the in and out ones, leaning forward to build the top shelf area..

I’m new booty expert by any means, but I’d add a squat pattern. Deep squats have grown my ass more than anything else (admittedly I don’t do hip thrusts)

do hip abductor or kickbacks, not both since they can both target the glute medius. hip abductors are easier for beginners since they require less balance and stability than kickbacks.

would you say to just add curtsy lunges to the list or replace something in there instead?
