You absolutely need to be in a caloric deficit like 500-700 less than ur maintenance calories. Do that starting now if you wanna lose fat before summer

currently 228 i go to the gym consistently but my diet is just here and there

You need to prioritize your diet as much as your workouts, it’s more important in my opinion

The easiest thing to do is to make a good log in ChatGPT and use voice chat to just tell it everything you eat as you eat it. It will track it day by day

Yeah honestly a little bit of exaggeration on my part, i don’t hate my body currently i’m still able to be active and I’m comfortable i just want to see what i would look like cutting down to 215 and still having muscle you know? and obviously just eating better in general
