You absolutely need to be in a caloric deficit like 500-700 less than ur maintenance calories. Do that starting now if you wanna lose fat before summer

The easiest thing to do is to make a good log in ChatGPT and use voice chat to just tell it everything you eat as you eat it. It will track it day by day

Yeah honestly a little bit of exaggeration on my part, i don’t hate my body currently i’m still able to be active and I’m comfortable i just want to see what i would look like cutting down to 215 and still having muscle you know? and obviously just eating better in general
