
All of this advice is great but it sort of depends what your goals are. If you want to keep your general figure but be smaller dieting and cardio will work, but if you want to be smaller and change your figure (bigger butt, wider shoulders to make yourself more hourglass) you need to start lifting weights that will develop your butt and shoulders to make those changes. eat a lot of things filled with water. they’re not dense in calories but will fill you up. ie cucumber, zucchini, lettuce. plenty of options and many meals to make them with. stay away from fried/junk foods. if possible, combine it with the stair-master or high intensity cardio and the weight should fall off 👍
