how do you stay positive with muscle atrophy from an injury?

Depending on what your priorities are, I think it’s safe to assume you agree that lifting is a life long journey. The dedication to staying on that track belongs to you. I can almost promise you no one who has stayed true to a passion their whole life and looked back to say “ man those few weeks I couldn’t do xyz 60 yrs ago really just ruined everything for me.” No, they wouldn’t be discouraged. Same goes for an injury. You’ll come back and you’ll appreciate the craft even more 💪

thank you! trying to remind myself that i came back from the first two times so i can come back from this one as well. i just started really locking in and seeing progress but it’ll be my 3rd acl, mcl, and meniscus surgery 😔
