So my main goal is to gain muscle but I’d also like to to gain my endurance back if I used the bike at the gym would that allow me to lose a little fat and gain endurance while keeping my muscles?

If you’re worried about losing muscle from cardio just make sure you have enough protein calories and enough carbs beforehand to fuel the workout

Any recommendation on how long I should bike for? I’m a skinny guy but I’m usually able to eat enough and maintain weight
