My brain legitimately can’t comprehend people that struggle to gain weight. I have to skip meals and workout regularly just to maintain, meanwhile all I think about is food and what I can eat at my next meal

literally me but the opposite. people must be eating like it’s their full time job if they struggle to lose weight.

I eat 3000+ cal everyday and don’t put on weight.

are you super tall or do u have hyperthyroid or something?? if i eat more than 1300cal a day i start gaining…

not very tall, i’m only 5’10 but i’m pretty lean with a bit of muscle and my maintenance is around 3000cal. if i eat any less I start losing weight, it’s low-key a struggle to gain sometimes but i’m getting better at it.

I had an injury along with a series of things happened where I stopped working out for 3 months last year, and I accidentally gained 25 pounds.

If you restrict yourself to one peanut, 5 days a week, you could probably eat like a piece of pizza on Sunday. 😭 I feel your pain
