Fellas… Fellas. I’m currently cutting to reduce my BF%. This is day… 4 of the cut. How can I tell if I’m actually losing fat. FYI, I’m skinny fat, so im gaining muscle while losing fat.

If you’re skinny fat don’t cut, focus on building muscle without gaining fat by lean bulking or staying at maintenance
