Does anyone have a good leg split for someone who’s 6ft plus? I’ve tried everything and not gotten desired results. For reference I’m 6ft3 210lbs

Split isn’t really a big deal you should look at your diet more closely

How so? Aside from the obvious of varying sugar and alcohol.

Protein intake is obvious but making sure you get in fats and carbs to fuel yourself and actually take care of your hormones also the quality of foods as long as you train hard and consistent and hit each muscle group 2x a week if not atleast once you’ll grow regardless of height
