Specifically I guess what’s a sustainable fat loss plan that works hella good - just starting trying out running, but I have the shittiest endurance rn so I can only do like lvl 6 on a treadmill for 3 mins

Losing body fat is more about diet than anything else. You need to calculate your BMR, then subtract about 300 calories from that. That is your new daily limit. If you do it right, you can lose up to a lb a week.

I mean I’m not sure what your bf% is but 5 ft and 135 doesn’t sound like a bad build at all. 10lbs of fat and some muscle would probably do wonders for you. I don’t think you’ll get there in a sustainable way in 2 months though. I think your best move rn is lighten up the boxing a little bit, lift heavy 2x per week, and eat around 130g of protein a day. I would work towards eating mostly Whole Foods to hit protein also. You do this and you’ll likely lose 5-10 pounds and gain some muscle by June.
